Corporate Stretch
Engage everyone in a relaxation stretch for a change of pace that will leave them more alert. A certified fitness instructor will come to the meeting room and lead a series of stretches to refresh the body, mind and spirit. Ideal way to break up a long meeting session!

Chair Massage
Don’t have the time for massage? Let us take away some of the stress and tension with a chair massage. Incorporate this into the meeting time as a beginning to the day or as a meeting break.

(10 minutes per person recommended)

Yoga
The group will experience gentle stretching exercises to tone the body and relax the mind. All ages and body types will benefit from this ancient art. (Classes are outside, weather permitting.)
